Fellow Responsibilities

The Student Fellows are the ambassadors of the Bob Graham Center and our responsibilities support the center’s mission of enhancing citizenship and creating an informed and civically engaged public.

Specific responsibilities for the Fellows include:

  • Biweekly GBMs, in which Fellows will discuss and plan upcoming events, engage in professional development workshops, discuss current events, and more
  • Frequent ambassadorship with the Center, including tabling, voter registration, working events, program setup/breakdown, etc.

Committee Responsibilities:

  • Community Engagement: responsible for developing voter registration initiatives and community service opportunities
  • Public Programs: responsible for developing fellows-led public programs. Public programs are an integral part of the BGC, providing information, discussion, or debates to the community
  • Internal Affairs: responsible for planning professional development workshops and socials
  • Communications: responsible for creating fliers, social media posts, and writeups for the branding and marketing of Fellows activities
